By the investigation and interviews to collect data, used the way of quantitative and qualitative to exploration and analysis the relation behavior of the retirees of high school and attitude of the aged of support home. In the research methods, comparative the measured of the social networks and social support networks, there are deficiency of the individual capacity, taking the methods of the closely related to individual capacity of the typing of social support networks to measure of social support for all retirees to avoid some endogeneity problems of the measure of social network. By borrowing the measures of typing of the social support network of the scholar of Britain Kelaier.Wenger, from the distance and frequency of social interaction to establish the social network type, the social support network type is divided into:family-depending on, community-conformity, community-depending on and self-limiting. And then taking the social support network type as major independent variable and dependent variable in the regression models. In addition, use the factor analysis,set up the public participation activities factor, health factor, attitude factor, school-satisfaction factor and the community-satisfaction factor. Set up the aged of support home satisfaction analysis framework.In influencing analysis, taking the economic support, support network type, he aged of support home satisfaction as the major dependent variable. Through the order-logistic regression analysis, to assure the population variables of the level of income. By multiple logistic regression analysis to assure the population variables of social support network type. Finally, through a linear regression analysis the satisfaction of the relevant factors.Finally,by the qualitative research, integrate the five types of social interaction network into three strategies types in dealing with endowment problem:self-strategy, core-strategy and extend core-strategy. A summary of conclusions of this study:different types of social interaction network have the different effections in aged of support home satisfaction. The community and schools satisfaction effection sfactors are different. Last, making some proposals and countermeasures to improve the retirees’satisfaction of aged support of home.
