The Analysis On The Reasons Of The"Domestic Cold Violence"and The Prevention Method

Family is originally harbor of well-being for people, it is very important to a person’s physical and mental health. In the world, domestic violence is a global headache of social phenomena. Now, with the rapidly development of the society and economy, domestic violence was not limited to physical harm kicking "hot violence", a more hidden form of violence-"cold violence" happen in the increasingly prominent marriage and family issues, and become an increasingly serious social problems. Fundamental control of each family domestic violence is not only conducive to maintaining family stability and unity, in order to create a healthy growth of children, enabling learning, living and growing environment, but also conducive to normal social function played by the family.Therefore, by drawing on the research results at home and abroad and some actual cases, the author plans to make a more comprehensive and systematic study,from different perspectives, on the issues of domestic violence, especially" the cold violence". On one hand, we should change the way people focus on the "hot-violence" but overlooked the "cold violence" concept and enhance the awareness of the danger. On the other hand, we should promote the public power in the legislative, executive, and judicial aspects simultaneously, preventing domestic violence in advance, rescue and govern subsequently by theory of law, ethics, psychology and sociology.
