The Research Of Mass Incident Prevention In Rural Town

With the reform and opening-up, our country economy grows fast and stably, especially during the30years of reform and opening-up since1978.All social and economic undertakings are developing rapidly, social structure is changing a lot, the level of people’s life is improving day by day, and the thought of people tends to be diverse. Now our country is developing at a rapid rate,with social contradictions appearing in this and that way. Social management has met various new problems and the government has summed up experience and has explored the way forward. During this period, the collision is very easy to develop to be a big mass incident.In recent years,the destruction of mass incident has been a serious challenge for government administration, and has aroused attention of all sectors of the community and government. The rural government is the government of basic level, playing an important role in mass incident prevention. It is closely related to the harmony and stability of the area. This paper analyses the inadequacy of mass incident prevention that exists in rural area through raising awareness of mass incident prevention, improving working method, strengthening early warning, dissolving the conflict of interests that easily leads to mass incidents to prevent factors may lead to mass incident from fountainhead. The goal of mass incidents prevention is to achieve maintaining social stability and constructing harmonious society.
