Grassroots Units On The Psychological Crisis Intervention System Of Non War Military Operations

Since entering the new century, the number that our army in the war of militaryaction has been increased year by year, compared with military action, militaryoperations other than war has its own features which directly impact the psychologicalbarrier of the officers and soldiers, many officers and soldiers during the missionappeared psychological crisis, it is a direct impact on the fighting capacity of the troops.Soldiers’ mental health quality is an important part of the quality of the soldiers,military mental health quality directly affects the quality of the construction of our armyand direction. In the whole year of2010, the population that people’s liberation army(PLA) participating in all kinds of disaster relief operations was370000. While thecurrent main body of the officers and soldiers are cadres after80s and soldiers after90s.They can often appear strong psychological stress response, some even develop mentalproblems when faced with the military action in the war of the high strength, highpressure. And the army of centralization is easy to cause psychological problems, whichcan affect the quality of war military action directly.In2003, our first large-scale psychological crisis intervention in "SARS" enteredinto the people’s horizon. During Wenchuan earthquake in2008, our army sent thepsychological aid unit composed of army and local psychological experts, and providedeffective help to solve the psychological crisis of officers and soldiers. At the same time,the army also strengthened the psychological health education, and actively cultivatedcounselors. Thus, the war military action of psychological crisis intervention has causedthe attention of people gradually, and how to construct an psychological crisisintervention system applicable to the forces has become a more pressing issue.Therefore, this paper will use of military psychology, psychological crisis interventioncombined with the characteristics of the war military action, and summarizes the relatedresearch achievements. We adhere to the combination of theory and practice, and tries toexplore a set of psychological crisis intervention system applicable to the grass-rootsunits with the war military action, for providing reference for the implementation of thepsychological crisis intervention and for maintaining and enhancing the force fighting capacity.
