Countermeasures Study On Promoting China’s Equalization Of Basic Public Service At The Current Stage

Equalization of Basic Public Service is a policy measure that our country put forward inorder to narrow the development gap in our country, ensure social stability and coordinateddevelopment. Its essence is guarantee every social members can equally enjoy and benefit theBasic Public Services that our country provide form the development of the reform.Accelerate the process of Equalization of Basic Public Service not only plays a driving role inpromoting to ease social development gap, but also promote social equality and justice, andmaintain the social stability.With the development level of economy and society, by the research methods ofliterature study and example analysis, this paper first define the connotation of Equalization ofBasic Public Service and what we have achieved. On this basis, make a further analysis on theexisting problems and causes of Equalization of Basic Public Service. Finally, on the basicnational conditions and prominent contradictions, according to the existing problems ofEqualization of Basic Public Service, propose some new ways of the Equalization of BasicPublic Service that suit for our country in this stage, in order to explore feasible ideas andcountermeasures on promoting the Equalization of Basic Public Service during the TwelfthFive-Year Planning time period.This paper’s achievements and practical significances are reflected on next aspects:Firstly, housing safeguard is the important index to improve the happiness index of theresidents, it is the most care and urgent problems of people’s livelihood, this paper will jointhe basic housing security problems into the main content, in order to solve the currentresidential housing problem, provide a theoretical support and reference to improve thehousing guarantee system. Secondly, the peasant-workers group is an important force inurbanization process, but they are difficult to share the same Basic Public Services as otherresidents. This paper will join the peasant-workers into the scope of Equalization of BasicPublic Service, and propose the strategies, it helpful to guarantee the Basic Public Services ofpeasant-workers and advance process of urban and rural integration.
