| Energy conservation has been paid much more attention in the context of the global climate change and energy shortage, and the key issue is the elevation of energy efficiency.The energy efficiency issues were put forward after two oil crises in the1970s, that the western countries began to pay close attention to, they started energy legislation, formulated a series of energy efficiency to improve security law system and policy, standard efficiency supervision.Although China’s energy law involves the regulation of the energy efficiency, there are still many weaknesses, such as the weakness of energy efficiency regulation, the failure of regulatory measures, the gaps of related laws and regulations as well as the imperfection of social participation system. The legal system of energy efficiency supervision in China has much more room for perfection. Taking examples from the successful experience of the legislation of the foreign energy efficiency supervision, laws and related system are formulated and improved to make up the defects and insufficiency. |
