This paper can be divided into three parts: introduction, main body, and conclusion. theintroduction aims to introduce the purpose, importance and research method, along withresearch status at home and abroad. it is the outline of the paper which also introduce thedevelopment of drug crimes in Xinjiang China and Central Asia to explain essential issuesinvolving geopolitical factors and transnational ethnic group in Xinjiang China. thus thesebackgrounds and investigations contribute to Reasonable Grounds to write the text.There arefour parts in the mian body. The first part mainly present the concepts of culture andsubculture with the existing documents by literature analysis method. the second part analysesdrugs culture including anti-drug laes’ culture and drug subculture by using methods ofhistorical analysis and comparative analysis. this part discusses drug culture in its historicalculture, religious culture, and anti-drugs laws’ culture.etc. The third part appliesInterdisciplinary analysis method to investigate and analyse drug crims in Xinjiang China andCentral Asia. At first, it states the cause of cultural conflicts and its mechanism; and thenexplains the conflicts in drug crims from the point of cultural conflict. the fourth part mainlydeals with the methords to reduce and avoid drug crims’ happening based on the generalfeatures of drug crims. The fourth part mainly deals with the methords to reduce and avoiddrug crims’ happening based on the general features of drug crims.Through the detailed investigations and proper analysis in the main body, the thesisconcludes that the source of drug crims in Xinjiang China and Central Asia is its existing drugculture. After deep analysis of its drug culture in Cultural conflict Theory, the text proposesthe specific measures to decrease and avoid drug crims’ happening. Those methords andmeasures based on the anti-drug laws is in line with those regions. To some degree, those measures can reduce drug crims in those regions which contribute to the development ofXinjiang China and Central Asia.
