Since the global economy developing, more and more cross-culture corporation exists. These corporations have to run in the different countries and regions under the pressure of the different society systems and cultural backgrounds. The globalization means to enlarge the organization, to reorganize the powers, to corporate the groups, to grasp the cultural synergy. Those big global corporations who want to get the success in the management must pay more attention to deal with multicultural conflicts. The thesis is attempting to get some possible useful and realistic solutions, which could help those global groups managed in china to get the advantages from the cross-cultural differences and conflicts, on the basis of the research on the cross-cultural differences and conflicts in the branch named U of an America global corporation. Cause of the strange to the cross-culture management, there may be some misunderstandings in the thesis. The research continued in the future is needed.
