After the end of the Cold War, the world situation has undergone profound changes,the two pattern is broken, the United States became the world’s only "superpower", theformation of "one superpower and several great powers". With economic development,globalization tendency became gradually obvious, the economy of countries weredependent on each other. In such situation, the political and military factors that have animportant impact on international relations during the Cold War began to weaken themarginalized cultural factors was received more attention, and its status is rising ininternational politics, the role becomes increasingly important in contemporaryinternational relations.This paper, based on the existing research results,took the analysis of interests as thebreakthrough point, from the perspective of a historical viewing angle to analysis thecultural factors in the the in the international relations. and through several cases to provethe the conclusion.Culture is a conventional argument, there is no uniform concept or universallyaccepted definition. In general, the culture, including social ideology, values, lifestyle,and the suitable social system and social structure.culture has Distinct characteristics,including regional, national, historic, times and diversity. For culture has thesecharacteristics, which makes culture play a role in international relations. The culture isone of the basic elements of a comprehensive national strength, is an important tool ofthe international political struggle.The role of culture in international relations depends on the national interest. twocountries will be able to cooperate above on the same interests or the coexistence,regardless of cultural background is the same or not.
