The livelihood of the people is the core problem of the Chinese Communist Party to solve, and is the most urgent problem. Livelihood issue of rural and pastoral areas in Inner Mongolia is a hot topic, many Chinese scholars had conducted related researches. However, the livelihood of people in rural and pastoral areas are still facing difficulties, such as:low-income protection and pension problems, price issue, income, education and employment issues, migration and pastoral production problems.Based on field survey in Propaganda Department reporter Station of Wushen Banner, the author analyzes the livelihood of migration village and pastoral areas, and put forward the solutions for these problems. In order to improve the livelihood of people in pastoral areas and immigration area residents, people need to curb rising prices, to improve the income level of residents, to continue to expand employment, to increase investment and envelopment in pastoral areas migrant workers. |
