A Study On Employment Viewpoints Of Uighur Women In Rural Areas

Employment is the basis of the people’s livelihood, with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the speed and breadth of rural land collection is also very large, more and more farmers became or will soon become landless farmers, this process profoundly affected the status and future expectations of the farmers. Urbanization is a process that rural population flows into the city and the rural area transforms into the city area. Urbanization not only brings new opportunities to social changes, but also has an impact on the ethnic minorities` way of production, living and thinking. Also solve the employment problem of the rural labor in cities and towns. Women has been attracting attention from all walks of life in the period of social transformation, modernization, gender equality and women’s development, especially because of the break up of interests under the condition of market economy. Respect for women is one of the symbols of social civilization and progress. China is an agricultural country. The rural women’s employment transfer is the embodiment of women in the male comparison of resources, rights, responsibilities and the role of social identity.The social important contents to promote social justice, building a harmonious society. The status of women in relation to the social economy, politics, education, health, family and marriage low etc…..Since the government is promoting urbanization vigorously, the employment of women began to become increasingly prominent and drawing attentions. New trends, new problems will affect the social stability. In the process of adjustment of interest pattern and solving deep seated contradictions, it is a demand of social development to study the transformation of women employment in rural areas. For Xinjiang; it has become a valuable and urgent research topic to study the transformation of women employment among minorities including Uyghur women. There are many factors that influence the employment of Uyghur women in rural areas. The main factor is that Uighur women’s idea or understanding towards employment is not liberated. Lack of awareness towards adapting to the world’s development,lack of self evaluation, self presentation, subject consciousness and self confidence are thefactors that have huge impact on consciousness of women in rural areas towards employment. This is a major problem that should be concerned.This paper through the dry example investigation on Xinxiang Shufu county town of women Langan, through analysis and explanation of the survey data, lists of contemporary Uygur rural women’s employment situation and employment outlook, and deeply analyzed the problems and the reasons, and then put forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper mainly includes four parts: the first part, introduction. The main understanding of contemporary women’s employment view the background and significance of the research and grasp the research situation at home and abroad, to find out the research method. The second part,mainly to understand the contemporary Uyghur rural women’s employment and employment status and characteristics. The third part according to the investigation and study to understand and analyze the problems and causes of rural women’s employment outlook of contemporary Uygur. The fourth part puts forward relevant countermeasures for contemporary Uygur rural women’s employment in the view of the problem.Women, especially rural women’s ideas will affect the whole family, the whole society,especially to growing children.
