With the development of society and economy,more and more economic underdeveloped areas of the rural population to get rid of poverty and to the economic development level is relatively high in migration to seek a better life,and that some people often do not have to settle down in the city of skills,can only move to the countryside,and the level of economic development is relatively high rural areas have appeared in this group of immigrants.A variety of factors of this group to move out by environmental problems,the problems of children's education,and the economic reason is the main reason to move out,employment is the most direct means of self economic expectations so that the employment of this group has attracted the attention of all sectors.Because this group has relatively low levels of knowledge and cultural values relative to traditional reasons,the employment problem is relatively prominent,as the immigrant groups in Hui women affected by the customs and other factors are more vulnerable groups of immigrant groups,with the employment problem is more outstanding.This article will focus on women migrants in rural areas of Ningxia Hui of this group,the southern Liang Tai Zi immigrant community of women as the object of investigation,investigation and Research on the survey by questionnaire survey and interviews,the study found that this group has influence employment services do not meet,encounter gender discrimination and their children as well as education problems a variety of problems,the paper analyzes the reason of the problems from the perfect employment policy,improve the employment service system,improve the level of education and advice.
