The land is the most important human survival and development ofproduction and survival materials, and is also the source of allproduction and life. In the past30years, Chinas economy maintained arapid growth and has created one after another miracle. What factorscreate these miracles Academia can be analyzed from different anglesand can also have different assumptions and test. In my opinion, thecontribution of the land should not be overlooked, plays an importantrole. It has laid a solid foundation for Chinas economic and socialdevelopment.Land has a dual property. First, it has the attributes of resources. It isthe source of a growing wealth. From a historical point of view, the landensures the restoration and development of our national economy. Aspolitical resources the land ensure the legitimacy of Communist Party ofChina, maintain the stability of the regime, and it is the leverage of thecentral and local game. Secondly, the land has a right property. As themain body of the land rights, the central and local governments mutualhave the game, and considered separately. However, in this process itwill inevitably lead to some additional effect. It will do some harm to thecitizens, affect the relationship between central and local governments,or even appears a crisis of legitimacy. This article has a land political perspective, based on land transferproblems in the current socio-economic development in China, andexplores the relationship between central and local. What problemsdoes the land transfer produce in Chinese politics? In fact, it is theproblem of land and political imbalances in the unitary state structuresystem. Firstly, the article makes a literature search about thecentral-local relations since the reform and opening up, and thenexplores the evolution of the land transfer policy from a historical perspective, and discusses the land politics in the process of change.Based on interpretation of the imbalance in land politics, this articleattempts to give some basic judgment. At last the article proposessome operability views to the future of the land politics, that is to build aharmonious land politics.
