Management Grass-roots Unit Of Society:a Logical Of The Village Director

China is a large agricultural country, and how to manage rural and farmers is a huge project for the Party and the Government. The election of management status of village committee, the definition of management contents, and the choice of management methods are particularly important. The article studies on three different directors of the village, such as the businessman officer, the farmer officer and the college student officer, and qualitatively analyzes on the selection and the management of the village officers, and the villagers’estimate of the village officers, in methods of participant observation and case interview. Based on social capital theory, the article is to comparatively study the different status of the village committee from the perspective of trust, norms and social network, identify problems and apply control theory to promote the governance of rural "people" and the system, besides apply social capital theory, from the perspectives of trust,norm,social network to contrastive study basic management research. Then discover problems such as the lack of mutual trust between village cadres and villagers, the lack of domestic participation of villagers and domestic diction-making,legal restraint of village director and so on. Aiming at the exiting problems, the thesis puts forward governance theory to remodel basic management, including village cadres, villagers and system.
