A Study Of Problems Of Villagers’ Autonomy In The Process Of Urbanization

The process of urbanization, population mobility and Land System change present some new questions, such as:how manage the hollowed village? How new migrant villagers participate the management? How the villagers’ autonomous organization smooth relations with the government and their villagers? What changes will the villagers’ autonomous organization have? The purpose of this article, from a legal perspective, is to find out the deficiency of the Villager Autonomy System and propose the corresponding solutions. Specifically, this research focus on the following points:the factors influencing village population mobility, the transformation from the Villager autonomy to the neighborhood residents’ committee, the relation between Village committee and newly community in the process of urbanization, legal reasons for the increasing problems of farmers in the same process. This paper argues that, through the following ways:improve hollowed village autonomous system; establish the legal system of migrant participation in the villager autonomy; perfect the villagers’ autonomous organization and collective economic organization system; strengthen the villagers’ autonomous organization function; set up standards for transformation from the Villager autonomy to the neighborhood residents’ committee, legislate community and send legal knowledge to the farmers, We can improve the villagers autonomous system...
