Kingdom Of Cambodia’s Civil Service System

Civil service is an important part of the political system of the country. And it is also the important condition for achieving the objectives of national economic and social development. The legalization of civil service is an important part of the modernization of political system reform and also the core of the rule of law. The civil service is on behalf of the state engaged in the management of social and public affairs personnel to exercise state power. Civil servants are on behalf of the state in social and public affairs management and the exercise of state power. Civil and moral qualities and professional qualities are directly related to the entire social and moral level of development of the country, the interests of the people. So it is extremely important for establishing a high-quality civil service. To create a high moral quality and professionalism of civil servants, we must have a perfect civil service system as a backup.In this paper, we will combine the experience of studying in China so that we can systematically analyze the main idea and framework of my country-Cambodia’s civil service system. We try to make the connotation and core features of the civil service as a starting point. And to make a further exposition of the core features of the civil service of the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia. As a result, putting forward some advancing proposals for reform of the civil service of the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
