Around the world there are more than six hundred million people withdisabilities.In any one country, the disabled and to work like normal people have theright to live and to enjoy.Social development and progress need the contribution ofany one person, including persons with disabilities contribute to society as awhole.However, the employment of persons with disabilities in all regions of eachcountrys situation is not only optimistic, which has its own reasons people withdisabilities, but also their ability to work with the whole community of discriminationand the lack of employment policies for persons with disabilities and other reasons.In our country,persons with disabilities is an important part of oursociety.Persons with disabilities to live and work conditions directly affect Chinassocial development,which is an important impact for China to establish a harmonioussociety.Shanghai is one of the most developed cities in the country.How to improveand perfect the policy of employment of persons with disabilities should be walkingin the forefront of the country.It is helpful for Disability Employment Policy for ourcountry.It is helpful to build a harmonious society.Therefore, the improvement ofDisability Employment Policy has very important significance.In this paper, there are literature research, research, experience, crossover study,and other research methods.It is to solve the problem step by step from the analysisof the problem and then ask questions to solve the problem of the path.This paperpresents a start disabled and the concept of Disability Employment Policy.Then it isreviewed by scholars in various countries with disabilities in employment-relatedresearch and theoretical basis.I can find out the work in the employment of thedisabled to use the theoretical basis.It is to build theoretical basis through analysisand study of the disability employment policy issues. It expounds the basicconditions of employment of persons with disabilities in Shanghai and problemsthrough the combination of theory and practice the principles.And it is to analyzeand study the status of employment of people with disabilities in Shanghai as well asthe main problems in order to find out the inadequacies of Disability Employment Policy. It is to find out worthy of our reference measures and method by analysis ofthe United States, Britain, Japans measures in the employment of the disabled,whichis to improve our Disability Employment Policy.Finally,according to the Shanghaipractical and economic development needs,it is made to promote employment ofpersons with disabilities in Shanghai and to propose constructive Suggestions.Itprovides a reference for refining and improving the Shanghai Disabled PersonsEmployment Policy.
