A Study On The Ideological And Political Education Of The New-Generation Migrant Orkers

In2011the national migrant workers out of158.63million people, among them, the new generation migrant workers estimates that more than100million people, the new generation migrant workers become the main power of migrant workers army [1]. They brought energy for the development and construction of the city, but also the new generation of migrant workers gradually replaced prior generation migrant workers and become the main power of the city’s prosperity and development. To concern the group is not only conducive to building a harmonious society, but also to solve the "three rural issues" has the great significance. But, due to the "dual" urban and rural structure system and other historical reasons, the new generation migrant workers didn’t get the fair treatment. They are excluded from the city’s system, and most of them is the city’s passing traveler, and do not enjoy social security and welfare, and also endure the discrimination and exclusion from the society and city. All of them cause that the new generation migrant workers have very complex ideological situation, and to strengthen their ideological and political education for the realization of the new generation of migrant workers to the modernization of the residents change and achieve social stability and harmonious development has important meaning.This paper is divided into three parts. Firstly I refer to the related literature at home and abroad and define the basic concepts on the ideological and political education of new generation migrant works. In the part I study the new generation migrant workers in the social environment from two aspects of material environment and humanistic environment and analyzes groups features of the new generation migrant workers and clear their thinking situation, at the same time summarizes the related experience about ideological and political education of new generation migrant workers form the domestic and foreign, and finally find the cause. Secondly, from the macro and micro perspective, I analyze and clear the related subject’s responsibility. Finally, I focus on the countermeasures about the ideological and political education of the new-generation workers, and promote the development of ideological and political education of the new-generation migrant workers from the three aspects of optimizing social environment and enriching educational content and innovating method.In the paper, I apply Marxist analysis method and study the current main question and reason of ideological and political education of the new-generation migrant workers from the three aspects of migrant workers’ quality, the social environment and the governmental law. Through questionnaire, empirical analysis and comparative study, I put forward to solve the practical problems of ideological and political education of the new-generation migrant workers through making full use of the favorable conditions of modern society, relying on the network education platform, using media publicity medium, optimizing the atmosphere of the ideological and political education, innovating service concept of labor union, paying attention to mental health and law education.The issue about the new-generation migrant workers is long-term and historical process, and the ideological and political education work on the new-generation migrant workers is an important link. The new-generation migrant workers are the excellent group in the famers, and are indispensable force in the social modernization. I appeal that social all circles can pay close attention to the issues on the new-generation migrant workers and the ideological and political education, which have the great significance to enriching ideological and political education course under the guide of Marxist theory and social stability, harmonious and rapid development.
