China is a country where the majority populations are famers. Left-behindChildren in Rural Area is the inevitable outcome of socialist modernization andurbanization in our country. The Parents who come into the city made indeliblecontribution to build and develop the basis city, but their children who live in RuralArea because of having no way to enjoy Parents on thought morality and values in ruralarea child but reason helping, being short of Parents emotion in growing up protects,the departure,personality having appeared on outlook on values develop mentality andthe morality crisis such as faulty, opposing society,s mood. This is a necessary cost forthe state during the period of reform and transition. On one hand, it reflects a spirit ofself-sacrifice. On the other hand, the county should concern the children’s’ healthygrowing, from a height of political. If we do not concern the Left-behind Children inRural Area, does not provide for essential scientific education, it will not only affecttheir personality growing, but also affect the stability of society and the future of ourcounty. How to strengthen and improve the moral education for Left-behind Childrenin Rural Area, develop their moral standards, develop people with all-rounddevelopments will become a important topic of urgency and challenge. And this isalso an issue with great importance in both theory and reality. Therefore, this paper iscut into by this issue.Firstly, according to the research result at home and abroad, decides the conceptand range. Secondly, elaborates the importance of moral education for Left-behindChildren. In the following part, it analysis’s the moral reality on left-behind children.At present, the situation of ideology and morality is better in China’s vast rural areas,but some problem is still worthy of concern, such as psychological problems, cognitiveambiguity of morality, Moral will of the weak and poor behavior of morality and so on.We must pay highly attention. What’ worse, they have wrong ideas on life and values,which is a bad situation. Therefore, this problem must be highly stressed.Secondly,Left-behind Children in rural areas caused by a number of reasons, but education is crucial. Education of the family, school and society must be considered inall reasons. In the part of family, the imbalance of family relationship, the uncertaintyduty of guardians, the shortage of energy and education are all important reasons. Forschools, there are wrong attitudes to education (overvalues the intelligence, lessconcerns about moral education). For society, the reasons lie in the great conflict ofmulti-values, the less concern and support from the society.Lastly, According to the requirement of the construction of the harmonious societyof socialism and in conjunction with the reality of Left-behind Children’ education ofideology and morality, at present we must firmly establish a concept of people-orientedand strengthening the teaching and education. A sound ideological and moral educationenvironment must be created and educational content and methods of education mustbe innovated. The times and the targeted of the contents and the effectiveness of theadvanced of methods will be integrated. Finally, formulate a education model whichincludes schools, families and society. Nevertheless, the ideological and moraleducation of Left-behind children truly be improved and strengthened, in the ruralareas.
