Analysis Of Peasant Workers’Social Security In The Process Of Urban-rural Integration

When our urbanization enters the higher level stage of rural-urban integration,the requirement of establisheing the city and countryside engagement socialsecurity systems also becomes more urgent. Under the influence of theurban-rural dual economic structure，although the peasant workers are engagedin non-agricultural production in the city, but, the countryside householdregister’s status enables them to drift away in urban and between the ruralcommunity system of safeguards. The flaw of peasant workers’ social securitysystems will certainly to become a barrier of the establisheing of rural-urbanintegration’s social security systems. At the same time, the peasant workers isminority groups in society, they lack a series of social security rights andinterests, for example the social security, the society rescue, the social welfare.And, because the quality of their work and life are low, their survival conditionis not extremely optimistic now. Therefore it has brought a series of socialquestion, for example unemployment, retirement, social justice and so on.These questions have not only harmed the peasant laborer community’spersonal interest, and they also have had the adverse effect to the nationaldevelopment, for instance the socialist harmonious society’s construction, newsocialist countryside’s construction as well as “Agriculture, Countryside andFarmer” issues’ solution.It is an important topic of the development of economic and society thatstudies the question of peasant workers’ social security under the rural-urbanintegration background. On the foundation of explaining the basic concept ofpeasant workers and social security, this article proposed a pattern of system which could supply the reference for the peasant workers’ social securitysystems transits to rural-urban integration’s social security systems depends onthe background of rural-urban integration. This article proposed three theoriesestablished the rationale of analysis and solve the peasant workers’ socialsecurity question, they respectively are Western labor force flow model theory,West fair and efficiency theory and Marxism social security theory.Simultaneously, the article has utilized the related research technique, such ascanonical parse, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, system ensembleanalytic method and so on.
