Search For Disabled Children Rehabilitation Policy Development And Perfection

The rehabilitation work for the disabled in China is developing gradually year by year, and tries to expand the effect to the society and the disabled. The survey shows that in childhood,disability rehabilitation is more effective.Thus,China’s Protection of Disabled Persons Act, prioritizs the rescue treatment and rehabilitation of children with disabilities, especially for children aged0-6.The rehabilitation for the disabled is going with early screening,early intervention,and early diagnosis.Since2006,the system of relief projects begin to work, involving many age groups, many disability types, numbers of targeted measures, among which the best effect of programs is rehabilitation for children aged0-6.This is because the0-6years age group is in the best time of rescue.The "early" measures targeted to0-6age group get the most benefit.Implementation of poverty for children aged0-6rescue rehabilitation project began in2009, and is effective. Because of the huge rescue amount and many organization,this program is going to be lack of staff and money.At the same time,the cooperation among many groups becaming uneffective.So,we have this study to figure out the methords,which made the fund operating more effective,the staff more ordered.and the number of benefiting crowd intensifying.
