Research On Optimization Of Caring System Of Solitary Disabled Children In F City Children Welfare Institute

The welfare of children is the focus of our country's social welfare and is responsible for the treatment of orphans and disabled children in China.In the process of promoting the socialization of child welfare in China,it is necessary to integrate multiple social resources and guide the participation of multiple social forces.The research object of this article is the optimization process of caring system of children's welfare homes,that is,the integrated mode of caring service subjects provided by children welfare homes for the orphans and disabled children.Through the methods of data collection,interviews,and participation observation,the problems existing in the care system of the Children's Welfare Home of the City of F were summarized,and the conflicts between the multiple needs of the orphans and disabled children's growth process were discussed,and the advantages and social capital were analyzed.Under the guidance of the theory,the feasibility of building a caring system was demonstrated in four aspects:professional system of nursing work,multiple volunteer services,administrative resources support,and professional construction of social work.At the same time,we tried to summarize the integrated model of caring system on the basis of practice.Institutional and management aspects to improve the level of social work services,to achieve accurate placement of multiple benefits,so as to promote the healthy growth of orphans and disabled children.
