Regional Evaluation And Improvement Path Of The Rescue Management Level Of Street Children In China

The phenomenon of urban vagrancy and begging has long been the focus of the society,among which the street children deserves more attention.Street children are generally marginalized in the society and are likely to become anti-social groups.More importantly,their vagrant life directly impedes their healthy growth.This paper based on the basic data of a large number of street children obtained by network crawler technology,explores the regional characteristics of street children in China with the help of spatial analysis tools,and evaluates the level and coordination degree of rescue and management in various regions through a variety of measurement methods,so as to put forward countermeasures for further optimizing the rescue and management of street children in China with the help of spatial analysis tools,and evaluates the rescue and management level of each region by means of quantitative methods,so as to put forward countermeasures for further optimizing the rescue and management of street children.This paper is divided into seven parts.The first section is the introduction,which briefly introduces the content of this research from the aspects of research background and significance,research objectives and research methods.The second section is the literature review and theoretical basis,which summarizes the previous studies,defines the relevant concepts,and briefly states the theories related to this study.The third section explores the distribution characteristics of street children,mainly including age distribution,gender distribution,behavior characteristics,time characteristics;the third section also uses global MoranI and Getis-Ord*iG ixdex to analyze and visualize the regional characteristics and regional change characteristics of street children.The fourth section uses factor analysis method to establish the evaluation system of regional rescue management level,and evaluates the rescue management level of different regions from the perspectives of professional technology level and rescue capability guarantee.The fifth section calculates and analyzes the aggregation index and comprehensive index of relief management of street children in different regions by introducing coupling coordinative degree,and further understands the coupling and coordination status of different regions after dividing the relationship between the system indexes of different regions.The sixth section discusses the improvement path of rescue management level from the aspects of existing problems,domestic and foreign typical patterns and countermeasures.The seventh section summarizes and discusses the research.This study mainly draws the following conclusions.Firstly,the majority of street children in China are over 10 years old,and the majority are boys;their lifestyles are diverse and they tend to cluster in areas with more developed economy,better public security,more stable industrial development and higher living standards,such as Guangdong province,Jiangsu province,Beijing and Shanghai.Secondly,in terms of the rescue and management level of street children,Guangdong province,Shandong province and Henan province performed well at the aspects of professional skills level,and Hunan province,Guangdong province and Sichuan province performed well at the aspects of the rescue and management level.Thirdly,the coupling coordination between the collection and rescue management of street children in China is not optimistic.More than half of the provinces are in a state of disorder,and the overall level of rescue and management of street children needs to be improved urgently.Fourthly,the rescue and management of street children in China are being normalized gradually,but there are still problems such as imperfect relief system,low level of specialization and socialization,and weak regional cooperation.Therefore,we should actively explore the appropriate rescue management mode,in order to improve the rescue management level of street children.
