Research On The Improvement Of Local Government Public Policy Implementation

Public policy implementation is an important part of government abilities, which is an important guarantee of maintaining government decree and improving administrative efficiency. In recent years, China’s public policy field took place a series of events to show that our local government public policy implementation is not enough and public policy are not being effectively implemented, it seriously affect the implementation of laws and regulations, greatly reduce the administrative efficiency, damage the image of the party and the government. So, combined with specific case, deeply analyze the reasons of influencing local government public policy implementation, discuss the effective countermeasures to improve the local government public policy implementation, which have deep theoretical basis and urgent realistic need.This dissertation consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction, Including the background and significance of thesis, the domestic and foreign correlative research achievement, research ideas and methods, innovation. The second part is discussing the correlative concepts, inscape, position and correlative theories. The third part is taking the case of Hukou County, Jiangxi Province and explaining the problems and reasons of current situation of local government public policy implementation. The fourth part is the result of this paper, mainly discuss the countermeasures of improving the local government public policy implementation, advocating from three aspects, as focus path, levels of analysis path, dependent variable path to construct a scientific and reasonable mode of local government public policy implementation, finding effective solutions in order to resolve the problems local government public policy implementation.
