As the most important manifestations of today’s governmentinformation technology, e-government has not only become a powerful driving force of thegovernment’s own reform and development, but also doing my part to become animportant driving wheels to lead the development of economic and social information.Generation of e-government is by no means accidental, it appears not only has aprofound theoretical background, and has extensive practical background. The dynamicdevelopment of e-government because both from the strong promotion of the economicglobalization, but also from domestic demand for government reform and innovation of theexisting management model, but also from the strong push forward in the development ofmodern science and technology.In China, government agencies at all levels have long been the shackles ofbureaucracy system, the formation of a more serious bureaucratic phenomenon, manifestedin the proliferation of bureaucratic thinking, bureaucratic, bureaucratic behavior prevailed,making the inefficient management of government departments, management is rude, themanagement activities of the Government more and more so that the people deeplydisappointed the government, resulting in a variety of complex conflicts are intertwined toa large extent undermined the government’s image and credibility, hindering thegovernment play the role.
