Research On Problems And Countermeasures In The Cultivation Of College Students’ Village Officials In Zigong Ziliujing

After the 17 th,the Party Central Committee launched the "college-graduate village official plan" which is an important strategic decision,expected by the plan for the construction of new socialist countryside to cultivate talents,increase the reserve talents for the party and government cadres,training talents in various industries.At present,China’s college-graduate village official work is still in the exploratory stage,college-graduate village official training work and continuously improve step by step,to improve grass-roots organizations,improve the management of village affairs,promote the party and state policies,and guide the development of the village collective economy plays a positive role in enrich the cultural life of the villagers,improve the rural population overall quality etc.In the process of the cultivation of university student village official training policy is not sound,the existence of different degree of policy implementation does not reach the designated position,lack of targeted training content,training form a single,etc.In this paper,ziliujing district,zigong city college students village officials,for example,through on-the-spot questionnaire research,network questionnaire survey and interview method,on the basis of first-hand data,combined with the related discipline theory knowledge and research methods,to our country university student village official training in the analysis of existing problems and discussed,and put forward some ideas about perfecting the management system of the university student village official,as to provide theoretical basis for the choice of government system and develop.Himself to the university student village officials,rural cadres,ordinary villagers form of a questionnaire survey,discussion on collected a large amount of authentic data,and carries on the sorting all the collected data,objective analysis combined with professional knowledge of public management,it is concluded that the following Suggestions: first,through the perfect policy legitimacy,rationality and enhance the quality of training policy measures,such as crack policy implementation deviation problem;The second is through the establishment of education training system,college students’ village officials started their ability can not meet the needs of the new rural construction,training,problems such as lack of pertinence;Third,through strengthen the top-level design,crack system to cultivate college students’ village official fragmentation phenomenon is serious,the party and government departments at various levels lack of booster mechanism,cultivate environment still need further perfect.
