Text Analysis And Problem Examination Of The Administration Accountability System

Administrative accountability system is an important part of China’s political reform. It has made considerable progress since2003whenthe SARS event during that year attracted large attention of the society.At the same time, for the administrative accountability as a new systemof its own, there is a long way for further improvement.This essay has analyzed and assessed the administrative accountability system from the policy process’s perspective, specifically with six elements of the administrative accountability system respectively corresponding to the five parts of the policy process. Thereafter the essay has paidmuch attention to the three types of administrative accountability processincluding major incidents settlement, inaction and resignation and thenthe commonalities and differences of those three types are studied.Meanwhile, the essay carries out analysis and assessment to the three different types of administrative accountability under the threshold ofpolicy process, and put forward the problems and deficiencies that existin the current operating mode.Based on the analysis and evaluation, the essay puts forwardrespective improvement suggestions against the three types ofadministrative accountability.
