Limited Government Theory Horizon, Standardize The Power Of The Government Run Research In Our Country

With the gradual deepening of China’s economic reform, the market system is maturing, the civil society is rapidly developing, social capacity for self-government is steadily improving, the traditional governance model has been unable to meet the development needs of modem society. In order to better play the role of government, the government needs to change the traditional administrative system to adapt to the objective requirements of social development in the transition. In the process of China’s current social transformation, the operation of the government power occurred varying degrees of anomie, created a serious impact on China’s modernization process. As the core elements of the administrative system, the operational status of the government power is directly related to the development and stability of our economy and society. The concept of limited government in the administrative practice mainly represents in the standardization use of government power, and standardize the operation of government power is the most important content. Therefore, the researching of contemporary Chinese government power during the social transformation, is of great practical significance and value.Intense social transformation led to the emergence of social stratification and multiple interests and needs. How to standardize the operation of government power, bring about two-way interaction of government and society, pay equal attention to power and rights, thereby achieving the multi-governance objectives, are the major issues of current economic and social development. This thesis uses the standardization use of government power as the entry point. Based on the the theory of limited government and combined the theory with material situation of China, we set on the administrative reformation of Chinese government at the present stage, to systematically and comprehensively analysis existing problems and their causes during the operation of government power, and on this basis proposing the countermeasures of standardizing the operation of government power. At last,we try to supply a system info and practical pattern to deepen our administrative reformation.
