Research Ongovernment’s Networkcrisis Management In The Context Of Social Media

The era of social media is not only renovating the technology, but also upgrades the concept and ideological system of the internet. Wisdom from the collective internet users began to dominate entire internet system. Their contribution and wisdom instead of the influence controlled by a few people before, thus greatly liberate the potential of individual’s creativity and contribution, and make the creativity of internet to a new order of magnitude.As people become familiar with social media, social media has become an important part of our lives, and play an active role in many ways, brought us a lot of convenience. However, we must concern about the negative impact of social media, including the crisis of government in the context of social media networks.As a government crisis, the traditional crisis also influences the crisis of government in the context of social media networks. But as a relatively new type of crisis, it performance in causes of the crisis and crisis characteristics. The main reason of the crisis is the unlimited filter of network information reduction of "the central theory of biography", spiral of silence effect and the rise of the network of grass-roots political forces; crisis characterized mainly on the propagation characteristics and the trend of diverse and unified.The mature of social media and the lag of the government crisis management mode provide more space to the outbreak of the network crisis. In the face of awareness of bias in government networks crisis, lack of management systems and mechanisms in network crisis, lack of management skills in network crisis and improper use of the government’s social media, we can not help but to think about how to improve the government’s crisis management and capacity of governance.Based on this, draw on public management, communication theory, this article integrate the use of comparative analysis literature analysis, case studies and other modes, attempt to explore on government networks in the context of social media crisis management, including build a comprehensive collecting system of network opinion, construct a high-efficiency, high-quality network response mechanism, construct a multi-agent, multi-channel network communication mechanism, construct a mechanism to repair the image of the government and feedback information.
