A Study On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Prison Authorities In Dealing With Network Public Opinion On Prison Crisis In The We-media Era

Because of the incessantly development of Internet technology,people are no longer satisfied with simply receiving information through traditional media,starting to create information and disseminate it,and the world gradually enter the era of We-media.In the era of We-media,the generalization of information participants,the diversity of information types and the interactivity of information evolution distinguish itself from the information dissemination in the traditional media era.In today's context,prison is the violence machine of our nation,which are implemented by the national penalties,are often passive in dealing with network public opinion on prison crisis because of their own information isolation and long-term lack of attention to network public opinion.This paper attempts to clarify the problems and propose strategies in line with the prison in China.First of all,this paper explains the characteristics of the information in the We-media era which different from that in the traditional media era and the definition of the elements of the network public opinions on prison crisis.And after that it uses the knowledge of crisis management theory and the social amplification theory of risk in public management.There are three dimensions: the framework,the pre-existing collection and analysis,the implementation of the response and the evaluation of the after-effects of the work,combined with specific cases to analyze the plight of the prison in China in response to the network public opinions on prison crisis in the media era and the reasons for this dilemma.On this basis,the specific strategies are in line with the actual practice of our prisons are presented.In this paper,the prison authorities collect and analyze the backward dilemma of the public opinion information of the prison-related network public opinions,and propose to enhance the pre-existing stereo-analysis and early-warning ability of the prison organs from the perspective of improving cognition;from the perspective of the lack of coping methods in response to the predicament of the unsatisfactory mechanism of the prison-related network public opinions.It is proposed to strengthen the application of targeted countermeasures;to solve the dilemma of not paying attention to the evaluation of the public opinion effect of the prison network public opinions,and to propose an after-the-fact dynamic assessment mechanism from the perspective of the imperfect mechanism.This paper attempts to start from a specific case,combined with relevant public management theory knowledge,to try to comprehensively explain the plight of our prison authorities in response to the ever-changing prison network public opinions in the We-media era and propose relevant coping strategies,hoping to manage the prison authorities in China.Provide theoretical help.
