On The Learning Mechanism Of A Marxism Party Committed To Learning

The magnificent blueprint of the "12th Five-Year Plan" period was sketched inthe Fifth Plenary of the17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,which pointed out the direction for the economic and social development in next fiveyears, and raised new and higher requirements for the whole party’s ability to learn,and the ability to create. Promoting the building of a Marxism party committed tolearning is an urgent requirement of grasping the international and domestic situationcorrectly and seizing and making the full use of the important strategic opportunities,an urgent requirement of promoting scientific development and social harmony, anurgent requirement of clinging to ideals and faiths, and consolidating the commonideological foundation of the whole Party and people working together, and an urgentrequirement of rallying the development power and realizing the goal of "12thFive-Year Plan " smoothly.
