Since the reform and opening-up, social organizations develop rapidly and play a more prominent role in the public affairs, following the economic system reform with market as the mainstay and political restructuring with service-oriented government as the goal. Yet the development of social organizations also face some obstacles that need to be broken right now. Social organizations lack autonomy in the management because of the limitation of the government of its own ability. Meanwhile, social organizations present different forms and features in the developing process. In consequence, this article selects the new organization form, supporting social organization, to analysis of interaction between the government and the supporting social organization.This article based on the social relation theory and corporatism. Choose NPI public organization development center as a case and apply methods of document research, comparative study, empirical study. Initially, state the connotation of supporting social organization and probe the theory and realistic basis of hub-type social organization and NPI. Secondly, From the interaction between the government and supporting society organizations, internal and external factors, and analysis in the process of interaction between the conduct of the government of Pudong New Area, the internal operation of NPI,to derive the interaction logic, that is, the interaction of government-driven, supporting society organization meet. Finally, through the concrete research of NPI’s Nonprofit Incubator, analyse government-society interaction in management process, build interactive mode between the supporting social organization and government and then go into depth on the path choices about interaction between the government and the supporting social organization.
