Study On The Problems And Countermeasures On The Role Playing Of CPPCC Zhuhai Committee Members From Hongkong And Macow

CPPCC member is the subject to perform the function of the CPPCC, and givingfull play to the role of CPPCC member will do significance to the development ofChina’s politics, economics and society, especially the member from Hongkong andMacow. We can get the valuable conclusion through the deep study on the problemsand countermeasures in the role playing of CPPCC Zhuhai committee members fromHongkong and Macow.In order to analyze the reasons and solutions to the role playing of CPPCC Zhuhaicommittee members from Hongkong and Macow, the author tries to collect all relevantevidence in a full and objective manner by taking advantage of working in CPPCCZhuhai organ, including communicating with33people consist of CPPCC Zhuhaicommittee members and the employees in CPPCC Zhuhai organ, interviewing28CPPCC Zhuhai committee members from Hongkong and Macow.In the second chapter, the author introduces the basic information of ZhuhaiCPPCC members from Hongkong and Macow and the role playing condition since2007.In the third chapter, the author reveals the main problems in the role playing filed,such as the quality and quantity of the proposals are not so satisfied and some memberseven have not submitted proposals once. The reasons for the situation are complicated,including the willing and ability of the members and the mechanism of the CPPCC.In the fourth chapter, the author discusses the solutions to the problems mentionedabove, including promoting the quality and protecting the rights of the members andperfecting the mechanism of the CPPCC.
