The Study On The Introduction Of NPO’ Resources In The Urban Community Work Under-A Systemic Approach

With the transformation of government functions, many government departments pay more attention to non-profit organizations in social development, especially its important role in urban communities,and a growing number of non-profit organizations begin to undertake certain social service functions.Based on the system theory and urban community work, the thesis try to analysis and research the introduction of non-profit organizations’resources in systemic approach on the urban community work, aimed at having a clear understanding and awareness to the questions in the process.Firstly, using the document study to define some important nouns in the thesis, to lay the foundation for the following research.The study using the document study to search the research on the introduction of non-profit organization’resources in the urban community. On the basis of these research review, the thesis analyze the characters of existed research,and is going to innovate an way to explore the issue from the approach of system theory in order to enrich the research in related fields.Otherwise, in the process of data collection, the thesis used case interview, observation and so on.Secondly, according to the main part of the thesis, the process of the introduction of non-profit organizations resources of urban community in system perspective, have been divided into three stages to be discussed:input, the input process,and the output.Finally, according to the study,we find there are some factors that affect the introduction of non-profit organizations in the Nanjing urban community work, these factors put obstacles in the corporation of urban communities and the non-profit organization.These discussion about the deficiencies can provide a reference to the scholars and practitioners for further study.
