Social Work Intervenes In Urban Elderly Community Participation Enhancement Research

At present,population aging has become the focus of the world.Our government is actively taking measures to alleviate the pressure of aging on society.The value of the elderly is mainly realized through social participation.In recent years,China has vigorously advocated active ageing and encouraged the elderly to exert their surplus heat by participating in community activities after retirement.For the development of community construction in China,it is of great significance to guide the elderly to participate actively in community activities.At present,there are few studies on the improvement of community participation willingness of the urban elderly.The research on community participation mainly focuses on the status and problems of community participation and the factors affecting community participation.However,community participation willingness is the premise for the elderly to participate in the community.If the willingness of the elderly to participate in the community can be enhanced,then their community participation will naturally occur.Improvement.Firstly,through interviews and on-the-spot observation,this paper understands the present situation of community participation willingness of the elderly in community A,and summarizes three problems of community participation willingness of the elderly in community A.They are strong willingness to participate randomly,unbalanced willingness to participate and behavior,and low willingness to participate as a whole.Then it analyses the external and internal factors that affect the willingness of community participation of the elderly in A community.The external factors mainly include social factors,community factors and family factors.The internal factors include the lack of subjective consciousness of the elderly,irrational emotions and deviations of participation cognitive and behavioral tendencies due to failure to meet expectations.In view of these problems and the influencing factors,the author chooses the case work method to help the elderly to solve the problems of community participation willingness from their own factors,so as to achieve the goal of enhancing their willingness to participate in the community.In the case work,the author chooses the theory of cognitive behavioral therapy and superiority perspective to help the case-holders discover their advantages and change their cognitive bias.After the case-holders enter the community and are willing to contact the community activities,the author still maintains the support and encouragement to the case-holders and consolidates their community participation behavior.Finally,through the intervention of the author,the willingness of each case-holder to participate in the community has been obvious.Promotion.According to the results of the study,the author believes that social work has a lot of research space in improving the willingness to participate in urban elderly community.With few urban elderly community participation willingness to promote social work intervention study,combined with the author's professional knowledge and practice time is limited,this study also has some limitations,only help some representative the elderly to promote community participation willingness,using the methods of social work is a single,but still hope this research can offer some help for other researchers,contribute to the development of social work in elderly render.
