The Innovation Study Of Urban Community Pension Service System In Chongzuo

This study launched in the context of the gradually intensifying of China’s urban population aging trends, "empty nester" and increasing elderly people livi ng alone caused by the sharp weakening of the function of urban households, an d the imbalance of the supply and demand of the existing urban pension service system.This thesis introduces welfare multiple theory, it changes supply of the p ension benefits from the original supply-led government to the multi-channel wh ich supplied by the government, NGOs, communities, enterprises four departme nts.It introduces the social support theory, and let the old people get help and su pport from various forms of material assistance, livelihood support and psycholo gical comfort and other social care and assistance offered by as government, the market, social organizations, families and other channels.It based on the welfare pluralism theory and social support theory, through the the empirical study of th e Community pension services in Chongzuo Jiangzhou City, it raised the the pro blems of urban community care service, and also put forward the countermeasur es and suggestions to build community care service system by taking the theory as a guide. It believes that if we build Urban Community pension service system in the perspective of these two theories, by improving the community endowme nt welfare provision and giving the old people more social support and communi ty care services, it will enable the Service system standardized, scientific and pro fessional.
