Web2.0’s tide sweeps across the whole world along with the popularity of the Internet. It was widely used in the new government work at this construction of information period. Web2.0technology and concepts are gradually infiltrated into every aspect of people’s lives. Nineteen seventies, building a service-oriented government has developed vigorously in western countries. Since the Sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our country proposed the government into that the people as the center and do tangible things for people, turn the control government mode into a service-oriented mode, the government involvement the Web2.0application tools which is more focused as the core of information-based society.These tools are gradually become the inevitably choice approach in the construction of the service type government and in sharing the information resource, as the important platform of creating the government’s image. Nowadays there are many literature material inquiry found that many scholars are only put forward aiming at the problems which are most theoretical exploration discussed, instead of combining with practical application technology and practical investigation to conduct research and analysis. According to the domestic and foreign theoretical research, the author summarizes our government’s e-government construction reform course in recent years, refer to the implementation of network governance’s effect, analysis of the deficiencies, combined with their own tools for Web2.0’s understanding degree, based on the analysis of the survey result questionnaire, exploratory in shaping government network image and puts forward reasonable suggestions.The paper studied the application level of web2.0in the creatation of government image according to the cognitive survey of web image of Wuhan government. In the thesis, An detailed introduction is given to the background of design, key contents, framework, related theoretical concept and technical background. Then, we analysis the strategy of Using web2.0in the creatation of government image with summarized real data by the questionnaire. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of media in the creatation of government image are discussed, and the difficulties and solutions are also shown.
