With the development of rural economy,rural affairs become various and they need to be solved urgently, village committee is unableto solve the problems in time, at the same time, the farmer also spontaneously set upcorresponding village organization and management, the rural organization members areindividual farmer or family, and the activities of the organization execute democraticdecision-making mode of " one man one vote " or" the minority is subordinate to themajority", the villagers autonomous organization essentially belongs to the communityautonomy, actually it is the same with nature of villager autonomy, these rural organizationsshall belong to the villagers autonomous areas, and the rural organization also has thecorresponding law, therefore, the current legislation considers the village committee as theonly representing form of villagers’ autonomous organization is improperly, the autonomy ofvillagers is in a variety of forms, the legislative basis of villager committee organization lawalso is worth to be reconsidered. |
