Crisis Management Perspective, To Strengthen The Government’s Petition Work Countermeasures

The petition system is an important component of China’s democratic politicalsystem, the masses of the people and political participation, the interests of theexpression system, since the formation of the petition system is becoming theparty and the government understand the sentiments of public opinion and themasses of the people directly to express interest demand san important way ofseeking the right to relief, to strengthen the party and contact and enhance thefeelings of the party and played an important role in the political system can notbe replaced. With the deepening of reform after reform and opening up,economic development, some deep-rooted contradictions of society becomesincreasingly obvious, and through the Petition way reflected, making the petitioncontinued to rise, high. Petition work, if handled properly, will lead to theaspirations of the masses of the people can not meet the aspirations of the peoplelong-term can not be met will lead to a variety of group events, social securityproblems and even criminal cases, thereby creating a crisis event, the crisisevents produce social harmony and stability will have a major impact. So byintroducing the concept of crisis management in the work of handling letters andvisits, letters and visits included in the crisis management system, so that thepetition work better for social harmony and stability services. In this paper, by analysis of the crisis management perspective of petitionstatus of work and problems, the introduction of the concept of crisismanagement in the petition work, strengthen the government’s petition worksense of crisis management, improve the relevant system, the establishment ofmechanisms, the petition included in the Government’s crisis managementsystem.
