The Research Of Social Management Innovation

With the rapid development of market economy and the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, our society is now in the process of profound change, with new social elements emerging, our society is in the social transition period, traditional management modes has failed to conform with the need of economic and social development in the new period. Strengthen the innovation of social management is the coordination of the social economic development of our country and the needs of social management, is also implement and carries out seience development view, constructs the harmonious soeiety’ basic requirement,so in order to meet the new requirements of the development of the times,social management innovation has a very important theoretical value and practical significance in China’s social construction and managementThis paper draws on contemporary Chinese and foreign politics, economics,management, sociology and other disciplines related to the latest theories or research results, and applies the literature research methods,systemative methods and so on to compose it. The third part introduces the process of our country social management innovation, and the overall pattern of "to perfect the leadership of the Party committee, to let government be responsible, to get help from society, to make the public take part in", at the same time, also discusses the social management of China’s great significance. The fourth part summarizes China’s social management problems and analyzes the corresponding reasons. The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures, improving to strengthen social construction and management, and advance the innovation of social management system, including innovating the social management, orientating the government functions scientificly, improving the government’s social management mechanism to realize the pluralism of social management, getting the civic and social organizations into the main areas of social management,and using various means of social management to promote the innovation of social management,and son on.
