The Thinking Of The Construction Of Chinese Government Image

With the development of economic globalization, more and more countries are involved in the global competitions. It’s acknowledged that government image plays an increasing role in its development. Meanwhile, our awareness of democracy and protagonist consciousness have been enhanced in the awakening of economic reforms. People have shifted their attitude towards government from previous absolute trust and subordination to selected one. Its image in people’s heart does not depend on its propaganda, more decided by people’s rational analysis and evaluation. To shape a good government image does not only catch the whole society attention, but also is indispensable to government construction.Looking back on the thirty years of the reform and opening up, we have made great achievements in government image. Though vivified fruit has been obtained, many problems do exist, such as corruption, insignificance of public relations, conflict between policy and law and so on. In order to get rid of these obstacles, based on the basic theory of government image and CIS theory, this paper aims at creating new government image from the perspective of raising the government’s awareness of public relations, improving qualities of public servants and strengthening public relations of government.
