Power is the product of the human society development. Power is a derivative of the concept of power, refers to the people’s views on power, containing the powers of the various issues and attitudes. Concept of power is the main answer to the problem of how to treat and use of power. Power view consists of the following elements:service elements, elements, elements of subjectivity and procedural elements of objectivity. Since the establishment of new China, our three generation of leaders developed the concept of power from both theory and practice. This article provides a comparison between the three generations of leaders on their view about power. They are Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin. Their concept of power has the same ideas and concepts, and it is a direct line of succession. However, they focus on different parts. Finally, this leads to the theme of the concept of power of socialism with Chinese characteristics, pointed out that the concept of power of socialism with Chinese characteristics has basically formed.This article gave the introduction to the concept of power by four sections:the three generations leaders’ view about the concept of power and innovation; the socialism with Chinese characteristics of the power structure and administrative value. Full text is completed by the following chapters:The first part is the introduction. This chapter is a basic introduction to this Article. This chapter begins by introducing the concept of power at this stage of the research background and theoretical research results, and then goes on to describe the approach to the study, this paper followed by a description of the contents of this document research and writing on the framework, and finally the innovation in this Article.The second part is the concept of power introduction. This chapter describes the concept of power the basics, including the concept and nature of power, the meaning of the concept of power of the elements.The third part isThe third part is the new Chinese three generation of leader authority view inheritance and innovation. This chapter introduced Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and the Jiang Zemin respective authority view, and has compared their viewpoint similarity. Finally makes the subtotal, summarized three generation of leader authority view inheritance and the innovation.The fourth part is Chinese characteristic socialism authority view structure and administrative value. Based on before chapter introduction, this chapter elaborated this article most important part:Chinese characteristic socialism authority view structure and administrative value. The Chinese characteristic socialism authority view structure has contained the ideology and the science operational mechanism which it forms initially; this chapter has made the detailed elaboration. The chapter concludes, affirmed the value of the concept of power of the Chief of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The innovation of this paper is the understanding of Mao Zedong and Jiang Zemin and Deng Xiaoping’s concept of power and come out of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, concept of power. This article showed the concept of power of socialism with Chinese characteristics has basically taken shape, and gave details of their ideological system and operational mechanism. The concept of power system operation mechanism of socialism with Chinese characteristics, including the power of decision-making mechanism, the powers of enforcement mechanisms and the supervision mechanism of power, these three mechanisms of mutual restraint, mutual coordination, and together form a scientific view of power operating mechanism. At the end, it pointed out that this view of power system has significant administrative value.
