The Research On The Impacts Of Marxist Values On Human Capital

With the development of economic globalization, all countries have placed greatimportance on the improvement human capital in the world. How to improve thequality of human capital has become the focus of attention of the problem. In view ofthe current situation of low human capital in China, it is necessary to improve thehuman capital of workers as a priority among priorities the new stage of development.Marxist values help to improve the quality of human capital, so as to promoteeconomic growth.Based on Marx’s values，the paper proverbs the important role of Marx’scontemporary education theory. Combined with China’s reality, to strengthen theeducation of Marx socialist theory measures is put forward by analyzing the cause ofthe contemporary Chinese low human capital.This paper is divided into five chapters. It was analyzed from low quality of human capital, theunskilled workers and the low level of technological innovation, etc.The fourth chapter put forward Marxist values and human capital analysis of therelationship.
