The Research On China’s Workers Occupational Safety Governance In The View Of Polycentric Governance

After the reform and opening up, China has achieved remarkable achievements interms of economic and social, large groups of workers made a great contribution in thisprocess. Groups of workers, however, to a large extent but did not enjoy the fruits ofeconomic development, when there is damage in their own rights and interests, includingthe increasingly serious issue of occupational safety. Occupational safety related to the lifeand health of workers, property safety and even the stability of the national society, theimportance of self-evident. The Chinese government has always attached great importanceto the workers’ occupational safety governance issues, has made great achievements,however, the occupational safety situation is still grim. This paper argues that China’straditional occupational safety governance in a single central government as a singlegovernance body governance, in the current situation facing many difficulties. Polycentricgovernance theory that the rise in Western society and other governance body can play animportant role in the governance of public affairs, except the Government. In this context,is a new idea from the theoretical perspective of the polycentric study of workers’occupational safety governance issues.This paper first introduces the present of occupation safety management and relatedstudy results, and the occupation safety and polycentric governance in the perspective ofrelevant content undertook summing up; secondly to China after the founding of the PRCoccupation safety governance evolution and current occupation safety situation analysis,summed up our country laborer occupation security dilemma and reason; finally, throughreference and Britain and other countries in the occupation safety management and thesuccessful experience of the polycentric governance theory related content, and furtherproposed consummates our country laborer occupation safety management of thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
