Chinese Academy of Social Sciences predict that China's urbanization level will reach 70% by 2030, China's rural population will be reduced by more than a third for the next 20 years, about 300 million rural people will migrate to cities and towns. Therefore, the study of the urban village has very important significance of social and reality.This paper selected Village W and T to research the social governance of the urban village, through home interviews, structured interviews, questionnaires, quantitative analysis, etc, sort out some problems which are Unclear responsibilities of the public power,lax supervision, community unawareness, the "failure" phenomenon, with deeply analytical thinking, summing up some reasons which are the dual system long-term dilemma bound, incomplete policy, lacking of effective integration means, proposed the possibility and necessity of polycentric Governance of the urban village,through learning from advanced countries and abroad, putting forward optimization governance initiatives.
