Study On The Effect Of Green Administrative Practicing Of Huairen County, Shanxi Province In The Public View

With the development of the times and the progress of technology,economy has developed more and more rapidly,also brought more and more serious environmental problems which have restricted the further development of economy.People have started to think about that whether the phase of "pollution first treatment after" can be continued.And they want to know that how to coordinate economic development and environmental protection.Green administration emerges as the times require.Green administration is a kind of environment-friendly administration,which advocates low-carbon and environmental protection and aims to realize the harmony of economy and environment.As the main body of administration,there is no doubt that governments play a principal role in green administrative practicing.Natural environment is the material base of human beings depending on,so it is not only the governments’business but also everyone’s to protect environment. People should take part in the environment protection actively under the guidance of governments.This paper studies in the view of the public, and it’s object of study is the green administrative practicing of Huairen County, Shanxi Province. Firstly, summarize the situation of the green administrative practicing of Huairen County through interviews and information search so that we can have a comprehensive understanding of it.Secondly, design the question paper on basis of the first stage, and find out why and whether the public is satisfied with the green administrative practicing of Huairen County. Thirdly, conclude and summarize the effective measures of green administrative practicing.
