With the further development of constructing "service-oriented government" and the promotion of "people-oriented" governing policy, the Chinese government pays more and more attention to providing the public with satisfactory services from the perspective of the public. In particular, with the development of information technology, public participation has become an indispensable part in government sector management and assessment. This is also the situation that our government and its public sectors must face. It’s not realistic for the public administers to ignore or neglect the public participants. Only if they stimulate the enthusiasm and participation of the public with effective measures, could they eventually win the trust of the public by meeting the needs of the public efficiently with services of high quality.Since the 1990’s, a series of public management theory, method, tools, including the government performance management, and the related public management practice have been introduced to our country in abundance. An increasing number of experts put the focus on the research of assessment of the public satisfaction level with the public sector. At present there isn’t a unified public satisfaction evaluation method, and the establishment of the kind of evaluation system is still at the exploration stage. There are even few surveys in this field. The public satisfaction assessment for the administration of started much later. Hence it is of vital significance to build a model of the public satisfaction assessment of scenic spots administration by capturing the concerning factors that affect their assessment. Thus the administration department of scenic spots could correspondingly improve the quality of their services to the public by finding out and making use of better and satisfactory methods and means.Meanwhile the transition of the government’s function from administration competence to the “service-oriented” requires meeting the needs of the public as one of t most important administrative goals of MT. Emei administration department. At present, the existing performance evaluation includes “public satisfaction evaluation” activities held by the state tourism bureau, and provincial tourism administration authority. However these activities only stay at the stage of mere measurement of the public’s satisfaction level and their economic considerations. which lacks the research of public satisfaction for the management level of tourism scenic administrative department and the in-depth analysis of the internal factors, causes and consequences that affect the management levels. Thus it is not conducive for scenic spot administrative department to improve the efficiency of public service supply and its management quality; what’s more, it is also against the improvement of public satisfaction level.The satisfaction evaluation of the public service supply of tourism scenic administrative department is a comprehensive assessment of public tourism products supply and the management level. So we research the public satisfaction of the public service supply of tourism scenic administrative department and study the influencing factors of the satisfaction level of public service supply, which benefits the improvement of public service supply quality and public satisfaction level of MT.Emei administration department.
