Research On Service Effectiveness Of Faith-based NGO

Along with the socio-economic system reform in China, non-profit organizations have a flourishing development in Chinese mainland. Along with the socio-economic system reform in China, the Chinese mainland non-profit institutions flourish, as third-party organizations outside the government, business, NGOs took on important social functions and roles. However, the current NGO in our country started late, immature development, often faced with lack of funds, the organization building and organizational system is not perfect, low degree of social recognition and credibility of the organization’s mission and values orientation are not allowed and many other issues. Under the influence of the New Public Management, NGO organizations began to focus on service efficiency. Religious groups and resources has long been involved in the field of social services in the social philanthropy above has service motivation, the advantages of the service resources, experience and methods. Therefore, this paper attempts to combine the advantage of religious social services and social services in organizational performance, analyze the characteristics of NGOs to participate in social services with a religious background, to explore the religious factor is how to improve organizational performance and service effectiveness of specific play role.Based on the above consideration, the paper selected social service organizations with a religious background-Jinan Z institutions as a case study for a detailed analysis of the effectiveness of Religious NGOs involved in social services, the main content structure:Introduction section describes the research background, the election question process research objectives and research significance; literature review section, respectively from religious classes NGO participation characteristics of social services and advantages, NGO organizational Performance Review of Correlative Research to summarize; part Ⅲ case object in Z institutions to explore religion class religious characteristics and advantages of the NGOs to participate in social services; part Ⅳ on the basis of the third part of a concrete analysis of religious factors specific impact on the effectiveness of social services; summary of this article and discussed.Innovation of this paper is that a combination of features and advantages of the general NGO and purely religious organizations involved in social services, indicating a specific religious-based social service organizations is how to use the religious factor to improve organizational performance and effectiveness, and kinds of validity of other social service agencies to improve their organizational performance and improve service quality have some kind of reference or reference value.
