With the development of modern city accelerate, community construction has a veryimportant significance, and a sense of community in a key position in communityconstruction. Made a lot of research on the basis of many scholars on the city communityconstruction and development, has achieved abundant research results. But relativelyspeaking, small town community attachment study but no attention much related research.But the rapid development of our country’s urbanization construction needs we are make acorresponding study on small town community ownership, to support the development ofurbanization healthy and orderly.Therefore, based on the sense of belonging in the relevant community in Taixing City,Jiangsu Province, Huangqiao town as the research object, mainly belonging to the smalltown community sense of related research and discussion. To obtain relevant data throughthe questionnaire survey, case interviews, participant observation and other methods, thefirst analysis of the current situation of Huang Qiao Zhen a sense of community in general,and then through the sPss statistical analysis the influence factors of the community senseof belonging, and provide some suggestions and evidence to improve the small towncommunity sense of belonging.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter: introduction. From the point of view of domestic and international perspective, to sort out the related concepts ofcommunity, community sense of belonging, and analyses the related theories ofcommunity sense of belonging and domestic point of view.The third chapter: Empirical Analysis on ownership of community residents of smalltowns. Introduces the design and implementation of the main research methods of thethesis. Questionnaire survey method selection, process, in the questionnaire survey andinterviews, related, in order to facilitate more in-depth investigation of small towncommunity sense of belonging to the real situation.The fourth chapter: the status of community ownership of the big city are brieflyintroduced, and combined with the relevant scholars to big city community belongingsense to do research, compared with the ownership of small town community the influencefactorsThe fifth chapter: strategies for improving the community sense of belonging, thispaper argues that we should promote community participation, strengthening thecommunity construction, building a people-oriented community culture, perfect the publicfacilities and public space, strengthen the construction of small towns, to promote thecommunity sense of belonging.
