However, the small town in central pension community is still in the "unification" state, there is a single service content, service main single, poor service levels and other issues.This paper discusses the diverse communities of small towns in central pension services, attempt to build a level of economic development of small towns and adapt diversified pension service system.In this paper,We put Nanle Country,Henan province as an example,through questionnaires and Excel data analysis, to understand the level of economic development and pension services of Nanle County’s community, the work from the family pension, pension institutions, community care in three ways comparison found that the current Nanle County small town community care service problems and analyze its causes. Combined with the needs of the elderly, according to the basic conditions proposed Nanle County town community, with "family pension is based, community-based pension, supplemental pension institutions"pension model as a precondition, including the construction of multi-pension main supply, diversification pension services, including the small town way of diversification of the pension community service system.About Nanle County’s diversification of pension services research, is a small town in central explore and try community care service system construction, to the middle of the economically underdeveloped regions, with some representation.
